Insert a Blank Line

1. Move the mouse to where you want to insert a blank line and then press the left button.

2. Press Enter on your keyboard to insert the blank line

   • Note : The text following the blank line move down one line.

Split a Paragraph

• Move the mouse to  where you want to split a paragraph in two and then press the left button.

1. Press Enter on your keyboard and the paragraph splits in two.

Join two paragraphs

2. To insert a blank line between the paragraphs, press Enter again

3. Move the mouse to the left of the first character in the second paragraph and then press the left button .

   • Press Backspace on your keyboard until the paragraphs are joined.
